As long as there is no place for these bubbles to get trapped in your cutting table....there will be no issues.

Here are my settings. I use the fine cut consumables due to the nature of the designs I cut, but these work pretty good. Alum .090 FC DM A45 Feed rate 155 tip volts 85 thc delay .5 (1/2 second) could move to 1 second. No top dross fine fuzz on bottom. This is a custom setting seeing as hypertherm does not give you aluminum cutting FC specs.

Nitrogen vs shop air will help somewhat with the quality of cut in aluminum, but even there, the cut will never be as "clean" as a plasma cut in steel.
